Custard Powder

Instructions:
1) Weigh 1oz of custard powder and put into mixing bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar.
2) Mix smoothly with 2 tablespoons of milk taken form one pint. Put remainder of milk onto heat.
3) When nearly boiling pour on to the nixed custard stirring well.
4) Return the custard to the saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
