The finest full-leaf teas from Assam and Darjeeling tea gardens in north-east India are used and blended with a high grown tea from the Kenyan highland. The result is a strong, robust brew that is excellent with or without milk.


To brew: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour in the boiling water, cover and let steep for 2-4 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). For drinking without milk a shorter brewing time is recommended. The tea is also ideal for serving iced with lemon and sugar to taste.
