Inspired by the countryside around Pembrokeshire, this loose leaf tea blends together a herbal infusion from plants that may be found in a Welsh Hedgerow. This uses some unusual, yet tasty herbs and is a well-balanced mixture of elderflower, linden leaves, nettle, raspberry leaf, and rosehips to give a refreshing and tasty drink.
 
Ingredients: Elderflower, Linden Flower and Leaves, Nettle, Raspberry Leaf and Rosehips
To brew, place one heaped teaspoon per person into a warmed pot or Mug Infuser and add fresh boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, or longer if a strong infusion is required, then strain into mugs.
